Clinician reviews and prescribes if suitable
Once completed, one of our licensed clinicians will carefully review your consultation. If treatment is suitable, they’ll issue your prescription. If you had an online consultation, your medication will be delivered straight to your door with discreet, tracked, and signed-for delivery. If you had an in-person consultation, you can collect your medication directly from our partner site.
Ongoing support
Your journey doesn’t stop at delivery or collection. Our clinicians continue to support you throughout, with regular check-ins and guidance tailored to your progress. You can access our advice any time, so you always feel supported, informed, and on track.
