1. Introduction & Scope

The myWeightloss website(s) are owned and operated by My Health Online Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 12555647, with our registered office and main trading address at: 35 Greenhey Place, Skelmersdale, Lancashire, England, WN8 9SA.

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") apply where myWeightloss facilitates or promotes the sale of weight loss products or services ("Products") through our Partner network. Where you purchase Products through a link or referral from our Site, the contract of sale is formed between you and the relevant Partner, not with My Health Online Limited.

These Terms inform you of your rights and the framework within which Partner transactions operate. Please also refer to the Partner's own terms and conditions, which will govern your purchase directly.

2. The Referral Process

When you click an affiliate or referral link on the Site, you will be directed to a Partner's website or ordering platform. The purchase process will all take place on the Partner's platform and be subject to the Partner's own terms, privacy policy, and cancellation rights. This includes:

• Completing a clinical or eligibility questionnaire (where required).
• Selecting your product or treatment plan.
• Making payment.
• Receiving confirmation of your order.

We are not party to the contract between you and the Partner and accept no liability for the Partner's fulfilment of your order.

3. Eligibility

Many of the weight loss Products and treatments offered by our Partners are prescription-only medicines or clinically supervised programmes. Eligibility is determined solely by the Partner and their clinical team in accordance with applicable medical and regulatory standards.

By proceeding with a referral, you confirm that:

• You are aged 18 or over.
• You are residing in a jurisdiction where the Partner is authorised to supply the Product.
• You will provide accurate and complete information during any eligibility or consultation process.
• You understand that eligibility is not guaranteed and that a Partner may decline to supply Products at their clinical discretion.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices for Products are set by the relevant Partner and will be displayed on the Partner's website at the time of purchase. Prices may include or exclude VAT as indicated.

We have no control over Partner pricing and cannot be held responsible for price errors, changes, or discrepancies displayed on Partner websites.

Payment for Products is processed entirely by the Partner or their payment provider. We do not handle, process, or store any payment card information.

5. Delivery & Fulfilment

Delivery terms, timescales, and methods are determined by the Partner. Prescription Products may be subject to additional processing time to allow for clinical review and dispensing.

Any queries about your order status, dispatch, or delivery should be directed to the relevant Partner.

6. Your Right to Cancel

Where you purchase Products from a Partner as a consumer in the UK, you may have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, subject to any exceptions that apply (for example, medicines dispensed to your personal prescription may be exempt once dispensed).

7. Complaints & Disputes

If you have a complaint about a Product or your experience with a Partner, you should contact the Partner directly in the first instance using their published complaints procedure.

If you have a complaint about this Site or the referral process, please contact us at the address in section 12 of Part A.

If your complaint relates to a regulated medicine or clinical service, you may also be able to refer the matter to the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), or another relevant regulatory body.

8. Promotions & Discount Codes

From time to time, we may publish promotional offers, discount codes, or special deals on the Site. These are subject to the Partner's own promotional terms and conditions. We cannot guarantee the availability of any promotion and reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time without notice.

Promotional codes are typically single-use, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.

9. Regulated Products

Some Products referred to via this Site are prescription-only medicines (POMs) regulated under the Human Medicines Regulations 2012. These Products may only be supplied following a valid clinical assessment and prescription issued by a registered prescriber.

10. Liability – Terms of Sale

Our liability in connection with referrals made via this Site is limited to the role we actually perform, namely providing referral and marketing services. We accept no liability for:

• The efficacy, safety, or suitability of any Product supplied by a Partner.
• Any adverse reaction, side effect, or medical outcome arising from use of a Product.
• The failure of a Partner to fulfil an order, process a refund, or honour a cancellation.
• Any loss or damage arising from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide during the Partner's clinical assessment process.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for our own fraud, negligence causing death or personal injury, or any other liability we cannot lawfully exclude.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rights of residents of Northern Ireland and Scotland to bring proceedings in their local courts.
